Trending @Accenture; Switching to Accenture Consulting internally

Hi I am part of the Service now tower in ATCI, If I try to switch from ATCI to Consulting internally for a service now team, is there any benefit? Would the compensation remain as is, due to horizontal shift, or they will match it with a bracket followed there.
