I am working in Accenture with 3 years of experience and 5.5 lpa fixed, i got an offer with infosys offering me 8.5 lpa fixed and 1 lpa variable bonus is it better choice to accept the infosys offer??

Yeah.. You should take it.. Maybe try to give other interviews and raise the pkg.. Getting first offer is important.. I am still waiting for my first offer who can wait atleast 2-3 months... Nowdays everyone wants immediate joiners😒

There is no point of staying at Accenture. Resign and utilise your 90 days to increase the package. HRs generally reach out faster when you are on notice period.
