Trending @Accenture; Switching internally within Accenture

Hi guys I’ve completed a year at Accenture (joined at lvl 11.2) Salary - 15LPA including variables as a biz analyst in the Accenture Life sciences analytics and intelligence division. I’m considering applying to Strategy and Consulting (Life sciences) for the position of an Analyst. Worked on two commercial projects so far, recognised as a top performer twice once by Accenture and once in a client townhall.

Do you guys think I should wait and gain more exp? Do you guys think I should take my shot Also is it awkward to ask your manager - will it create an atmosphere of less trust ?
