Trending @Accenture; Switching Companies within 1 year of joining
I have around 5 years of experience and joined accenture in April 2024. Is it advisable for me to switch company now noted that I don't have any offer with me !! Please help !
Switch if you get a better opportunity. It doesn’t matter.

If you have a genuinely believable reason to support, then the interviewer doesn't care as long as you are sufficiently qualified for the role. PS. Be ready to justify your answers else the interviewer will consider it a bluff.
If you get a better offer then it would be stupidity to stay where you are right now.
And switching won't affect your career. Anyone who says otherwise would do the same if they get a better offer elsewhere.
No second thought... Switch over also chck for better position...
