
Trending @Accenture; Switch worth it or not?
I am currently at Accenture as a Level 10, earning a fixed salary of 10 LPA plus a variable component of 2 LPA. Recently, I was approached by Teleperformance, and after the selection process, they have offered me a fixed salary of 19 LPA but No Variable.
Should I stay at Accenture at CTC 12 LPA given its stronger brand reputation, or should I switch, considering that it would take years to reach 19 LPA at Accenture?
I would appreciate your suggestions.

Switch, no brainer. You already have Accenture on resume and Teleperformance is an MNC too so you’re not losing the brand value. Plus, Accenture is not in a good place right now.

I believe they were! But I still would like to know if Teleperformance is worth joining as an organisation. What would be your opinion?
