Trending @Accenture; switch to a different project
I was working on a project for almost 2 years but still not feeling comfortable within the project/team members, everyone behaving only as individuals not a team, even in working from office, no one is ready to socialize, just as a Robot for 2 hours and leaving. Not feeling any connection within the team. Sometimes I feel like I'm working with Robots. Really switch to some good environment.
Totally relatable, they made me( still do) feel like an outcast, I wonder If I need to quit or ask for roll off.
Accenture's robotic work culture is a serious issue. It's high time we focus on humanizing our work environment. Team bonding and communication are vital. If Accenture continues to ignore this, we'll lose our most valuable asset - our people. It's not about switching projects, it's about changing the culture.
