Trending @Accenture; Switch Role from Power BI to Data Engineering

Hey! I’m looking to switch roles within Accenture from Power BI to Data Engineer. I have knowledge on SQL, Python, Microsoft Power Automate. Can anyone guide me on how to make the switch. I’m currently learning Hadoop, Airflow, Hive and Kafka. I have set up my aspiration in iAspire to Data Engineer. However I have been assigned a Mentor of Level-8 who is proficient in Power BI. How can I change or choose a mentor who is from Data Engineering background. If anyone had made role switches to Data Engineering how did you guys do it? What was your learning path?

PS : I’m in Level-10
