Switch, in those 2 years you can again switch and match or earn even more than the placement. Plus no big burden of loan and emi deduction

Any tips on how one can get after the switch in those initial years?

Finally someone has spoken my mind out but one should also realise it's not easy to switch so swiftly now the market isn't that of pre-2020

Coming to facts, In India only tier 1 colleges can help you get a 10+ lakh salary, and MBA cost is around 20-30 lakh. Even during college placement companies prefer no education gap. If you are getting a tier 1 college or planning to change your work profile, then an MBA is good Otherwise switch 2-3 jobs and it will have more reward.
