Trending @Accenture; Switch from Accenture to a early stage MNC (founded in 2017)

I just cleared an interview of an early stage MNC founded in 2017 which has 500 employees. They are giving me 60% hike. Currently I am CL10 at Accenture with 9.5L fixed !. The role in the new is good and the pay also, but my concern is should I resign on the basis of this offer.
