Trending @Accenture; Switch Advise needed
Hi I have exp of 2.5 years in Accenture but all support experience, I wanted to switch company as there is no growth here but as I have no good exp what to do how to prepare for switch what to learn please guide, want to go in any product based good company, please let me know what to learn and how
decide which role you want to switch
say python developer, then first learn that language, then what domain like data or backend related, if backend then build some projects in fast api and flask , then join community or group if possible
search reddit or whatever possible to see trends and standards in it.
then see whats ask in interviews and give 3-4 interviews
after that you will have good idea to decide
remember if you are less than 5 yoe, fake it till you make it and when joined perform how according expected
