Trending @Accenture; Suggestions pls!
Hi everyone, I’m in accenture from feb-2024 and I have experience of 3.5 years as a SAP technical consultant my total CTC here is 9 LPA in which 7.5 is fixed. Recently I cleared the technical round from capgemini, my ask is 11.5 fixed but the HR says they can offer me upto maximum 10.5 fixed. Should I consider 10.5 or stick with my decision as 11.5 ? Or should I wait till December hike and take the hike and start searching? Or ask accenture to match with my current offer to get retained here
My valuable advice is to stick with the Capgemini offer and leave the company. You will not get a hike in Accenture
Accenture will not try to match your offer, as per recent trends.
You can ask CapG and settle for 11 LPA fixed and move on. You are getting more than 50% hike, you will not get that even if you are promoted in Accenture. Incase if you are not promoted don't expect a double digit unless you have outperformed in all aspects.
Take offer from capgemini and resign. You will be having 3 months of notice to look for a better pay.
