I assume you'd be at an early stage of your career since you're an Analyst here. Honest opinion, don't look for the company now. Go with whoever is giving you a higher package. Once you've crossed the age of 35, only then start looking for the culture of the company. At early stages, the higher package you keep getting, the easier would be your life after 35

Good percentage of hike giving meas go to other company. If acc offer high percentage right away means stay and get it, but again don't wait after few months search another company and resigned. In short dont sit at one place run to different places
