Trending @Accenture; Suggestion whether to convince my manager for the work that I am doing or switch the company?
I was promoted to Level 11 in June 2024 and have since been handling responsibilities beyond my current role. In addition to my L11 tasks, I’ve taken on L10 work and even some L9 responsibilities, as those team members have been temporarily assigned to internal projects for six months. While this has significantly increased my workload, I’ve continued to manage it effectively and deliver results.
However, I feel that the complexity and volume of the work I’m doing aren’t fully recognized. My manager seems to believe that these tasks can be handled by anyone at any level, but in reality, they require considerable effort, expertise, and time.
If I don’t receive a hike this June 2025 and continue to get only the default percentage of the variable pay—which doesn’t reflect the scope or quality of my work. What’s the best way I can approach this to ensure my manager understands the value I’m bringing or switching the company is a better option?

I don't know what are the tasks you are handling now. But learn to say 'No'. Don't be rude and try to keep a humble tone. Communicate the difficulties you are facing now. Also, there is no hike in the month of June, this is a promotion cycle. You will get a hike only if you are promoted. In addition to that, no matter what you do nothing guarantees that you will get a promotion or hike, I have saved $5000 dollars for the client with in house automation but still I am not sure if I am going to be promoted or not. My suggestion, apart from BAU choose the work that will help you enhance your skill. Chao
