Trending @Accenture; Stuck in support project

I Joined Accenture in 2021 as a fresher after completing my training I got the client project in SOA-OSB skill. We completed that project and they rolled off us. After that all my team was on bench so our manager told us that we don’t have any upcoming projects you can ask your friends if they have any openings in their DU and if we can join there. My one of the frnd was PMO and he gave my cv to managers and I got call from one manager and told me that this will be the back end development project and headlock me for that project. When I join the project then I got to know that that’s a production support project and I immediately asked manager that I don’t want to work on support project but she told we are merging our development team and ops team so everyone can do development. So I did not leave project. Now it’s 2.5+ years in this project I am still doing support work also they give very less vp saying budget issues also not able to switch as don’t see any openings outside for the same role. This cycle I was expecting promotion as already completed 3.11 years in Accenture but they ended up giving 4.8% hike😣. Very depressed and not able to figure out what to do next should stuck here or ask roll off😢
