Stuck in one of the support data projects, want to move out of this project, tried asking people lead ( he is my team lead too), he is convincing me to stay in the project and if I argue more he is asking me technical questions making me feel like you can't handle dev projects and need to learn first( but nothing to learn in this project), but I feel working in dev project will make you learn and move out of laziness Any suggestions what to do in this scenario It's been 4-5 months in this project, Joined in July 2024
