Trending @Accenture; Stuck in disorganised team

I am currently in a project where the team structure and processes are disorganised but still they organize daily standup i dont know what to give update eveyday . Lead says say anything but they want everything to be done and pushed to ready for review in jira and person who will review is different . They dont communicate with each other regarding completion of work so how am i suppose to work and what shall i give for review . On top of it i have a teammember assigned to help me but instead of helping me they just asks me to do their work .. doesnt help me but in standup they inform they are heling me . People are sooo clever here and i have neverfaced such scenario . I have no idea how i will survive here . And its for sure one day i will burst out .
