Trending @Accenture; Stuck in a project.

Hello guys, I'm working at CL 11 and assigned to a project from the last 2 years but now they don't have enough work to assign so they rolled off me for just 2 to 3 months and they said they want me again after May.(There is no interesting work and no new learnings) So now they want to give me other projects as a loan. So when a new project approached me and took the interview after confirming me they were getting known I'm open for just 2 months so they rejected me. So I'm stuck in the middle. Can someone from the leadership level please suggest a solution to what I can do in this case.

switch to the new company. you have good time in hand, use it and prepare yourself for interviews. come out of your comfort zone.

Make sure you can get P3 and above in primary skill, it can act as a shield for not putting you in bottom. Explain professionally to the manager that already two years spent and you want to be permanently released to explore new stuffs.
