hi all i joined accenture in 2021 as ASE later i got promoted to SE in 2022 till now i have not got any promotion last year in 2024 i got 7% hike my current Base pay is 5.5 Lakh i got the Oracle Apps technology n currently working in support role.

1. what to do now. 2.how to switch 3.how to get placed in other companies since i have not got any good technology i have good knowledge in MsSQL and Data Analyst i have done several certifications in this field also completed AWS cloud certifications Please suggest on this feeling depressed n stuck here
