Trending @Accenture; Struggling With Stress & Career Fit || Resignation wo another Offer
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to reach out here for some genuine advice and perspectives.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been finding my current role increasingly difficult to manage. The workload and constant change in tasks have been affecting me beyond office hours—I’ve had trouble sleeping, my general mood is low, and at times I feel anxious even when I’m not working.
On top of that, the work I’m doing (.NET, web APIs, Azure) doesn’t really interest me. Honestly, I’m continuing only because I don’t have another offer in hand—preferably something less coding-heavy.
I’m now at a point where I’m seriously considering resigning, even without another offer, just to focus on my mental well-being. At the same time, I know it’s a risky step in the current market.
Completed 2 years at Accenture, still no sign of promotion from CL 12. Very less chance of getting a roll off.
So I’d really like to ask:
Has anyone here been in a similar situation?
Did you resign for mental health reasons, and how did it turn out for you?
What kind of non–coding heavy roles should I realistically target (for example, Technical Analyst, Support Analyst), apart from data analyst/engineering?
I would truly value the experience and guidance of colleagues who’ve gone through this. Your insights will mean a lot as I try to make a balanced decision 🙏.
(Please feel free to DM me if you’re more comfortable sharing privately.)

This is a personal thing varies from people to people their financial situation etc.
But mental health comes first, no point going on if you're not liking it and are stressed. If you can afford have family backing leave.
You can be a ba if you're good at communicating and confident with that.
Good luck with whatever you do

Parents are supportive with the decision, after knowing 10% of the actual mental issues.
But still there is something inside that fears the unknown (i don't have interest in dsa or dev or developing tech) even though i am happy now just with the thought of resignation

Then go ahead, resign. No point in doing stuff which you're not good at or don't like.
Also find what you like so you're happy

I am in the same phase and resigned 1 month back due to mental stress.
I thought that I will take a break of 1 month and then prepare but the project people assigned me work continuously and expect to be delivered. As I already mentioned tht I am not able to work.
2 months left and I decided to not do there work and start working on my self.
