Trending @Accenture; Struggling with keeping motivation up

Hey folks, I've been wondering for some time about how to do my best for the company. Had come into the new year with full energy, but already feel that my motivation levels are low.

One thought constantly preys on me: the choice between doing something of my own or at a very early stage startup + working my hardest at Accenture

I feel that the chance of a monetary outcome is just higher if I do something on my own. And hence feeling a bit disillusioned about slogging more than needed at work.

Wanted to take a check - do you ever face this
