Trending @Accenture; Steps for resigning

Looking forward to resigning post the appraisal cycle (post December) if i do not get a good hike / promotion (I am promised a promotion)

But the work culture and the toxicity in team is tremendous hence i plan to drop my papers in the next 6 months
