Trending @Accenture; Stay or leave?
Hi All, I am CL 9 in accenture and got PIP on last Dec 2024 for no reason and literally in weekly review they set I am doing really good even though I have not done anything cleared PIP put back to the project. June 2025 I was given hike and variable (surprise) said I was doing good Sep2025 I was given below avg feedback by manager, hope only me, you are doing good but need improvement etc, my automation was not considerd they mentioned no big automation, not collaborative to team like individual contributor , like limited work etc But I have shared all my effort by responding with client appreations no response will it be the process after PIP or red flag to move out
Being IP candidate , you will not be eligible for promotion or good hikes even if you are putting exceptional deliverable so better look for switch
My old projects are ready to give role will it work in that way

Move out of Accenture. They are strictly targeting to decrease the workforce by 10%.
Well that happens every year any thing more special
Accenture is planning to remove so many people in pip
Better to try outside
