Trending @Accenture; Starting June ASE's have to work 3 days a week from office
Today my lead told me to work from the office three days a week starting in June. Have you guys also heard something like this?
Why only ASE?
Because we leads need to chill too na, as an ASE we reported daily while leads took break and WFH as they wanted, so when will we get our chance! 🤣
On a serious note, first this looks to be project requirements, second that ASEs get tagged forcefully and can't be removed unless they go, serious misconduct all cases hi, others can be removed based on performance, but not ases, so this is one way of showing incompliance, by putting in more things so that these both less xp ppl and less salary too headcounts can be reduced which in comparision aren't critical, to the seniors in the project, that's why.
Project requirements maybe.
