What type of spring boot projects I can make for making a switch from accenture ?

Go through youtube videos or pick any udemy courses with a good ratings First you should learn core java thoroughly especially the java 8 features, collection frameworks etc Then learn basic annotations crud operations in spring boot
Then go deeper into spring security, caching, database integration, optimisation, multithreading and slowly dig deep into microservices
Learn any synchronous communication like resttemplate and asynchronous communication like kafka/ jms etc Try making one capstone project you will find many in youtube and slowly add features by yourself
