Trending @Accenture; Spamming mail box with Looking opportunity emails & Replies !!

Every day I get 5+ emails from different areas asking for openings for their roles. That's okay, but some of these guys put these DL on CC instead of BCC , making it a hell. People replies to these emails saying they aren't part of hr/ relevant persons and then they fight on these . Please have the basic email etiquette while email to larger group. Keep the dl in bcc if it's necessary to have those dl added..
