Hi all, I received the below points from leadership today. Im close to a SM, we had a talk today and these are the points highlighted from his end:

For the folks on bench: Please try to get into a project ASAP. Especially freshers, Take any service desk roles in case they are allotting you. Acn are laying off freshers who are on bench, or anyone who rejects any project. He showed me mail as well.
For the upcoming cycle, He mentioned it looks the same way like it has been for the last two years. Please do not keep your hopes up.

Even cl 12 will be affected ?? As I have completed stream training in jan but still not moved to bench and my status on job gateway portal shows in entry level pool till 2026 . So not getting any project calls due to this ??

Even CL 11 will be affected?? As I have completed my onboarding trainings and then after one year I got fast track promotion so moved on bench but no prior project experience.
