Hi I have worked 3 years in Accenture I got project on omnistudio Salesforce that too support - development and I wanted for lwc when asked for roll off they are not giving me. Can u please help on this what should I do

No manager or hr will allow you to go to the bench directly since you are charged. You can apply internally on jobsgateway.accenture.com/ and if you find job here and othar team is ready to take you then you can get roll off. Once the other team is ready to take you then no one can stop you from switching.

But on internal job portal it is saying u can't apply

I did when I was soft lock by this project got selected also .... But they said they will give me proper dev but they put me in L3 support and saying its dev only what else I want 😔

Talk to your manager again, but this time, be firm and clear about your career goals. If that doesn't work, start exploring internal job postings aggressively.
