Trending @Accenture; Software Tester stuck in Accenture

I have been working in Accenture for the last 5.5 years. After I was promoted to Senior quality Analyst. Accenture is not giving hikes , rewards, recognition even after putting in more than 100% effort. The only favourite people of management are getting recognition.

Can anyone guide me to get out of here by providing a good reference. So that I can earn some decent amount please 🥺
