I just want to know what will happen to the balance money of sodexo/pluxee after we left the organization. Another question beyond zomato and swiggy where we can use this card looks like accenture has some restrictions on using the card outside.

You can use the card until the card validity. If it’s going to expire you can call and order a new card with updated validity. You can use at offline cafes and restaurants and use dynamic pin generated by Zeta app. Eg like McD, Dominos, BurgerKing and many local restaurants accept the sodexo card payment. You have to swipe in the card and use the code generated by Zeta app
