It depends on state labour law to pay or compoff or both .. nothing much team lead can do

If we're working on weekends for min 2-3 hours. We are allowed to apply for a C shift for one day so we will get extra pay as a compensation.

If you cannot change the manager of the project, then change the project.

We have already discussed this issue with manager but for them the client is more important. I have seen people working on weekend and overtime and getting paid. But I don’t see the same scenario over here… what to do? Any suggestions???
