Are you on the bench? If yes then i am correct I heard from one of my friends that she has been on the bench for 2 months this week she had SME evaluation in that she is not able to perform well so they initiated pip (performance improvement plan) for her for 1 month every week she has to perform a task and she has to face evaluation Any week she is not able to complete her task then that is the last day in Accenture

I am guessing you are talking about proficiency exam? What's the issue?
