What will Accenture generally do if people get promoted to the next level.....For eg I'm at L11 and what will Accenture do if I get promoted to L10, will they give a hike as per Market fluctuations and values or Salary slab of L10.
Nothing related to this cycle or inflation or recession or anything....just eager to know what they generally do if people get promoted!?

Accenture doesn't give a damn about inflation is what I've seen which is unfair. This time it's just flat 13% hike on all the promotion levels.

Yes, you are right, Infact in the last 2 years I received a hike only once. And not sure if 13% hike is true or not, but if it is true then this is totally unfair
