Trending @Accenture; Since accenture has 90 days notice period. Is it a wise option to drop papers without offer and search for the job in notice period?.

I am newbie but I have got learn from seniors :

Get 5-6 offers and try to compensate the earned leave with hr / by giving money .
Ask 2 month notice time to new company..later at end of notice period tell hr that you might take extra time..to join.. due to some issue.. thats up to you. Resignation without offer or good believe in yourself is not worth.

There is no other option than this, if you're confident you'll land a job do this
