Nothing happening here. The clients are aware the Accenture has falling market share, things are bad for the org. Leadership has bulldozed the org into GenAI, leave as soon as you can. No comms will come so that you can be led to believe that there is no hike. Then suddenly some 3-5% will come, you will be thrilled. That is the strategy. Senior folks who have been with ACN from 20 yrs are prepping for 30 to 40% attrition, they want folks to leave. This torture is to trigger you to leave
Things are very scary, outside there is no job offers plus no guarantee of job.. recently friend switched and new company was not sharing the joining date after so many calls and emails she got the dates.she was so tensed
