Could you please let me know why sick leave is not available at the Pune, Mumbai, and Nagpur locations?

In last year, they converted sick leaves into casual leaves in Maharashtra due to goverment's policy change.

I don’t think it’s true, if govt policy has changed then how other companies are allowing sick leaves to their employees?

No, sick leaves got cancelled only for their namesake. If you're sick, you can still use casual leaves.

State wise policy for Maharashtra State allows lesser leaves compared to MP, UP and other states
