Trending @Accenture; Should I wait for hike?

I joined Accenture in Aug 2023, prior to which i was in infosys which was my first company.Got a decent hike while switching on percentage basis (55%) but still we know how much infosys pays. I have barely touched 7lpa including incentives as of today. My total experience is more than 3 years now. I have got a non technical role here but will be switching back to technical but here my question is ,is there any possibility of hike in near term which i should take and switch (Because i made this mistake in my first jump got a 20% post serving notice period but couldnt renegotiate with Accenture post offer letter)? I have completed 10 months here and i am at level 12 (2).
