Trending @Accenture; Should I tolerate toxic boss
I already spent 6 yrs in my current level 9 and 7th year running. Unfortunately in the current project I spent already two years with toxic manager thinking switching project will further delay my promotion. But with given industry situation I am frustrated with what will happen. Can't tolerate the micromanaging supervisor who is only my years of experience. Feeling stuck and don't know what to do. Should I stay or ask for release from the project.

There are alot like you in Accenture, i wonder how you stayed so long. Mostly of my reference nd fellow mates exited the company because of such toxic work culture. Accenture does campaign of their work culture but it's exactly opposite of what they promote inIndia specifically

In india only i feel all the wrong practices are happening. Last year hike was also not given to india and srilanka but for other countries hike was given.

Mental and physical health should be your priority if you don't have much dependency.
You can try to switch project or company.

What is your yoe? Are you unable to find job outside?

I agree they say we have Hr and people advisor so many people to help you but if you really reach them and tell within few days the person about whom you complained on having no work ethics gets to know you complained and we all know what happens after that...
Ask for a project change if you can't get that then better to search out if you can take that risk and don't have major commitments
