Trending @Accenture; Should I switch to Product-Based?

I had worked for 2 years(MAL-24) in Accenture as Level 11 employee. I had requested for different opportunities which I did not get for the past year and a half. I had never been on bench but I had never got hike/proper bonus(3%). So I had requested my supervisor saying that I need promotion+hike+bonus this time and he told I am good at work and also eligible for everything and had given good feedback as well. Till now my feedbacks are really good. Can I wait for the management to give me hike and promotion, believing in them or should I switch to product based company? I have 6 certifications related to data in Azure( both fundamentals and role based) and have a good knowledge over them. If switching is the option does anyone know references in the product based company?
