Trending @Accenture; Should I switch to different company ?

I have joined as fresher in Accenture. And Actually I have 1.8 year of experience in Accenture . In preference selection I got siebel stream. And no work in project. So I have baen start to learn salesforce. Should I switch in salesforce or siebel or need to stay in same project and try to understand all about siebel or should I change company after 3 year of experience in siebel . When needs to change company.please guide me on this.
