Trending @Accenture; Should I Switch?

I received an offer from IBM with 52% hike. I had 9.1 with Accenture and I got 14.4 from IBM. Here are the pros and cons - IBM vs Accenture, please help me with your suggestions Accenture: Pro

  1. My project hasn't made WFO mandatory yet, saves a lot of travelling expenses.
  2. Good Client and team trust and understanding Cons
  3. No salary hike, I know people within Accenture with the same experience as me getting better salary
  4. No learning opportunity, I am in AMS project and I'm looking for development
  5. Managers are supportive with their words, sometimes i feel safe, as there is not much competition as well but I don't see anything in action from the manager's end. I have received multiple appreciations from clients and still no appreciation in action.
  6. Any requests requested from my end are very slowly processed. I had requested for release from my project because of reason number 2 and even after 4 months no response. I am not getting an opportunity to learn and no financial growth as well

IBM: Pros

  1. Better hike than Accenture
  2. Probability of a fresh start and choosing a project is much better

Cons

  1. Though I have 52% hike, I know people who have got 17-18 lpa jump from the same package as me
  2. The fear of starting all over again
  3. Will it end up like Accenture, not being able to switch between projects which advances my career.

Please someone share your input, it would be really helpful

Switching is fine. Are there any signs of layoffs in ibm?

I don't know. Just I'm asking this question considering the current job market.
