Trending @Accenture; Should I resign ?

Hi friends, I have total 9 years of experience and I joined Accenture 2.8 years back at level 10 Ideally they should have given Level 9 that time but they didn't. I believe I don't deserve to be at Level 10 (senior analyst) as my project feedback is exceptionally good. Got few recognitions too but no hike no promotion as of now. I want promotion but here my manager is not giving any assurance when the promotion can happen. Outside I'm getting higher position and that's my ex-company as well. Please suggest should I resign or wait for some more time ?

People with just 2 to 3 yoe get lvl 10 role, what kind of a blackmagic recruiter did on you😂

It's not black magic, it's salary bracket. He must have agreed on the salary which a typical lvl 10 peeps get and hence recruiter tagged him on this lvl

When you resign, they may come and tell we will try for promotion, they may also say that look for money not designation. Etc etc..

But you already have 9 years of exp , not sure why are you sitting with SSE designation... 3Y exp guy got SSE recently.

Thanks for your reply friend! Yes, I'm resigning now. I just stood here as the project was good from learning standpoint. Now I will certainly move.

Ultimately nov is also an increment and promotion cycle if they believe you have to be promoted then they will promote you or else they promote their chamchas and you will be again fooled by your manager
