I am currently at career level 9 and not happy with the kind of projects I am getting. I have recently switched my team from Banking to Insurance. But in order to get the chargeability, I have to take up any project. Does it make sense to resign as I don't see any growth nor I see any learning.

Never resign until u have another offer in hand. Money is very important in today’s world.

You have the answer. But remember all service based companies are same. Next time select any product based. Lots of learning and exciting work.
