Trending @Accenture; Should I resign?

Likewise here, joined in Dec 21, no promotion and hike yet...
I've started job hunting, manager has not been cooperative and supportive of next level, also my project sucks big time!

Same for me, I have joined in dec 2021 at level 11. I have total 5 years of experience. I’m the only devops resource in the team and they are putting more and more work on me with little to no incentives.
My hike has been like peanuts and the managers are not at all transparent when I ask them about promotions.
I’m planning to switch now.

including Vb 11 lpa?? for me 7.85 lpa including vb
