Trending @Accenture; Should I request for roll-off?

I joined as a fresher and was trained in the PL/SQL domain, but ever since, I’ve been assigned to a support project with very limited opportunities to learn or grow. I’ve been trying to transition into data analytics, but due to lack of hands-on experience, I’m not even getting interview calls.

Would it be wise to request a roll-off in hopes of getting better project exposure aligned with data analytics, or should I consider resigning to upskill?
