Trending @Accenture; Should I quit?

I am a Btech+MBA working as a Business Analyst with a total of 5.5 YOE. I believe I'm highly underpaid with 11.3 fixed at Accenture. The growth has just been 13 percent in the last 3.5yrs at Accenture. I've been trying for a switch for a while but the market seems very difficult at present. Unable to figure out what to do next as I've got zero motivation left to work here.

I'd really appreciate suggestions from experienced people with a similar field of work as mine.
