Trending @Accenture; Should I gift my manager a deodorant?

He’s very good at what he does. But it’s almost impossible to have a meeting with him as he smells real bad.

I don’t know if it’s genetics, personal hygiene. He also smokes a lot.

Give me some ideas on how to communicate this to him?
