Trending @Accenture; Should I Fake Experience to Get Hired?
I’ve been hard-locked with no project work and I’m planning to switch targeting FAANG / big tech. I don’t have real project experience yet. Should I make up experience on my resume or stay honest and highlight training/projects instead?
Fake experience working only for small companies not for mid and large scale companies the cross check everything thing from your company tan no. To your pf and basic and at what destination your working if you will find unethical then they not only fired you but blacklist as well for future

Yeah that’s why i’m a bit hesitant. But on companies data i’m in project not on bench so still I can’t fake it ?
Simple way is to create your own project, GitHub provides a great platform to track and do the process! Plan a simple project accordingly and highlight that in the resume, try to add real-time insights that you can see, you can take copilot/chatgpt help in this,
And if this is visible, obviously you will be having an edge!
I already have 2 strong prjects highlighting websockets and custom authentication middleware but is it enough ?
They did the same with me, tagged me to a project and then they said there's no work ,also said that only seniors can work in this one and nothing i was there for a year ,thn few days ago they said the project is getting released from accenture you will be released soon , i tried giving interviews and stuff but yes real experience matters 😢
Yeah bro 😢😢 i hate this accenture ruined my early career. Why to lock when you dont have work 😭
