The day I resign I will make sure to expose a few people of a very golden project in this company. Who literally exploits their position and power, acts like a bully and doesn't have a little empathy towards their colleagues and juniors. Even if you are at a senior position stop using that to protect some of your favourites while gladly sacrifice the other you don't know or doesn't want to know.
