Trending @Accenture; Shift Timings for female employees in office
At my base location office, not a single member of my team or project is showing up for work during the afternoon shift. Additionally, the DU lead is requesting that I visit the office four days a week from 2 to 11:30 p.m. The project is paying for the cab, therefore they adjusted my schedule to accommodate the demands of the new DU lead. I used to work from 1pm to 10pm in the past.
My main concern is that by 10 p.m., there are only two or three girls, and by 11:30, there won't be any left. Worst of all, even though I don't have much job, I still have to go to the workplace. I attempted to discuss this with the DU lead, but she isn't even ready to listen!
What should I do???ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Talk to HR directly. Safety and well-being come first. If the DU lead won't listen, escalate the issue. Don't compromise on your safety for a shift.
