You need to be spending more than 4.5hrs between 8:30 pm and 6:30 to get shift c else b which is sadly 200

Depends how your project has defined. As per me it would be Shift C.

No. It will fall under shift C. Anything after 11 pm logout falls under shift C. Allowance will be 500 Rs.
